GRIFO AI dimensions the plan, creates sections, elevations and views in batches, and lays out the sheets. It also generates the quantity schedules, publishes the deliverable as PDF and DWG, and checks the model before you send it. That's twenty-two tools on your tab, three of them free. Dimensioning the plan, generating the quantity schedules and auditing the model is free, with no login. The nineteen Pro tools are grouped below panel by panel, in the same order as on the Revit ribbon. For now the add-in's own buttons and windows are in Portuguese; an English interface is planned.
Places dimensions around the active plan in up to three layers: overall size, walls, and doors and windows. Inside, you choose: the clear span of each room, chains across the plan, or nothing. Works with no login and no subscription.
You pick several plans at once and the add-in dimensions all of them with the same rules as Dimension Plan.
You drag a rectangle over the walls and the dimensions appear on their own around the selection, with or without the room spans inside. It stays active until you press Esc.
Vertical chains outside the exterior walls: floor, ceiling, slab and roof, plus the overall height. If you want, also the spot elevation, the room tags, and the door and window tags.
Reads a floor plan from a vector PDF, works out the scale from the dimensions and models the walls with doors and windows from the families you choose.
Creates the floor of each room you check, in the type and at the height you choose, following the room boundary. Running it again replaces what the tool created, without duplicating.
The same for the ceiling: one in each checked room, in the type and at the ceiling height you set, cut around the columns.
Generates longitudinal, cross and central sections for each block it finds in the plan, or for each scope box.
Creates the four exterior elevations of each block or scope box, with the marker always facing the building. With a scope box, the elevation already comes cropped to the box.
Creates views in batches by combining view types, levels and scope boxes, already with view template, phase and name. Names that already exist are skipped.
You click the families in the project and they go to your library, each in its category folder, with a thumbnail. The library builds itself while you work.
Opens your families by category, as thumbnails and with search. One click loads the family into the project and starts placing it.
Sets, for each view type, the view template, the category, the phase and the naming pattern. It is the office standard that Create Views applies.
Renumbers the type mark of doors and windows in sequence (P01, P02, J01, J02) and clears the mark of unused families so codes are not duplicated.
Creates the sheets with the standard title block and places the views on its own, by level or in alphabetical order, opening a continuation sheet when one fills up.
You drag the views onto the sheet, snapping to alignments, pick the view template and scale of each one, and create everything at once.
Exports the chosen sheets to PDF and DWG, with the naming pattern you build from number, name, project and date.
Creates the quantity schedules split by phase (existing, to be demolished and new), grouped by level and with the office's header color. Also with no login and no subscription.
Sends the schedules to a spreadsheet ready for the project specification: everything on one sheet, split into survey, demolition and design, with the header and logo of the company you choose.
Lists what usually causes trouble at delivery: Revit warnings, rooms not enclosed, views not on a sheet, empty sheets and imported CAD. Also with no login and no subscription.
Shows by category everything that is unused in the project and deletes only what you check. One Ctrl+Z undoes the whole cleanup.
Checks ceiling height, door and corridor width, minimum area and shortest side of the rooms against the office's limits.

No. Each tool only runs when you click its button, and everything it creates goes into the history as a single action. If you do not like the result, one Ctrl+Z undoes it.
The tools read the walls visible in the open floor plan. Walls that are close together become one block, and each block gets its own sections and elevations. If the model uses scope boxes, you can work by them instead of the detected blocks.
Revit 2025, 2026 and 2027. The installer carries all three and copies only the one found on your computer; if you have more than one, they all get the tab.
